I haven't decided yet, I'm thinking something quick. Or maybe breaded pork chops with mashed potatoes and a veggie. If I go that route, I need to pull out the tenderloin..

Ended up having Wendy's. I was cooking but DH surprised me with a massage and manicure, so I didn't have to cook. Yay!

We had Enchiladas, Mexican Rice, and Scalloped Corn. Tonight is Grilled Balsamic Garlic Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Hasbrown Casserole and Baked Beans.
