Here's a website. I just quickly googled it, so not sure how accurate it'll be. But I can see those Angry Bird plushes being crazy popular.

Im not into buying the "new hot toys". I ended up buy two things last year that were "hot items" and Kaitlyn doesnt even touch them, and hasnt since christmas day.

This year it's going to be a nice and simple Christmas, and we are going to pick a child to buy for this year too. It's time to give to others instead of blowing it on toys that are a crazy expensive and they wont enjoy for long.

I agree totally with you! Hubby and I also discussed giving back this year and will be picking a child to buy for. I really want Caden and London to know Christmas is about more than having the "new latest toys"

We do that each year. We buy Christmas for a foster child through our DHR group. And I had Sarah Beth pack up some toys that she didn't want anymore and we donated a bunch of them to our thrift store too. I like that a lot more than buying the gifts.

Sophie does too! When we were in Texas I got out my Tickle Me Elmo (yes, my parents bought one for me even though I was like in Junior High when they came out, lol) and Chicken Dance Elmo (which was a "hot" toy when I was in HS and I wanted one for some reason....lol) and she loved them

We sponsor a child through this thing a local baby store hosts, but this year a bunch of us are getting together to help one of our friends who's son has CP.
