Just got back from Maggie's 15 month appt. She did alright with her shots. Still cried and screeched, but not for long.
She's 19lbs 1.5 ozs. 75 cm long (29.5 inches). Doing well.
She's back in a size 3 diaper - with walking and everything, she lost all her weight at her butt and waist (she's got the exact opposite of her mama's weight problems). Pants - she needs a size 18mos in length and a 9-12 month in the waist. I'm guessing there will be a lot of dresses worn this winter.
Tops are all 12-18 months. She's a growing girl for sure!

What size Diapers? She is wearing size 3...OMG let me edit this I mean size 4!!! ha ha

What size clothing are your little ones wearing? 12-18 months. At her last appt she was 31" and 22 lbs.
What size Diapers? Size 4 diapers

Leah wears a size 3 diaper, and we've been putting her in mostly 12 month clothes (the pants fall off of her little waist). She's teeny though, at about 17.5lbs

What size clothing are your little ones wearing? Size 12months, though I've been trying out the 18months clothes which look like moo moos and the pants fall off her tiny butt 
What size Diapers? she's between sizes, so I just buy up a size: 4

18 months clothes, occasionally 24 months.
Size 4 diapers.
Size 6 shoes!

She is in 18 month clothing usually but depends on the brand.
She is in size 3 diapers, although I'm testing out size 4 for bedtime.

What size Diapers? 3 with lots of room to grow.

Clothes - summer clothes are all 12-18 months, but his new fall clothing is all 18-24 months. Except a couple pair of jeans that are size 2T. I like that he's in toddler clothing now with the adjustable waistband.
Diapers - size 4

What size clothing are your little ones wearing? Mostly 12-18 months. He's only about 16-17lbs but with the cloth diaper butt he needs some extra room in the pants 
What size Diapers? He mostly wears cloth, but I think he'd be about a 3 in disposable diapers.

In clothes he's in mostly 24 mos, a few 18 mos still fit but not many. For diapers he's in cloth most of the time and he's on the biggest setting for all of them. When we do use disposables, he's in a sz 5. I figure he's probably really close to 30 lbs.

except all sposies here...unfotunately, we share a case with Kaila who is fighting potty training tooth and nail. I am soooo over diapers!

Clothes - 12 months or 18 months. 12 months would probably fit best for most stuff except some pants are too short and too small for his cloth bum.
Diapers - mostly cloth here but I just used some size 3 sposies during his recent teething spell. They seemed maybe a little bit small but his weight is definitely in the 18-26 lb range (22-ish?). I'm planning to use a package of disposables htis weekend and wondering if I should try some size 4's.

clothes - 12 months. I'm buying 18 month though hoping she'll grow into them. She's long - so some brands aren't long enough in 12 month.
diapers - size 3.

He is wearing size 18-24 months in pants, some just 18 months...and in shirts I buy 18 or 24 month so he has plenty of room to grow. He fits in a size 12 month shirt but I want his clothes to last a little longer so I size way up.
He wears cloth diapers only, but if he wore disposables I think maybe a 3 or 4

Clothes: 12-18 months
Diapers: Size 4, but they're a bit big. Her 3s leak at night, so I just bumped up.

I am late to reply  it has been a whirlwind week for sure
We are solid into 24mo/2T sizing now and a size 7 shoe
Diaper wise we are wearing 4's, and Huggues overnight size 5 at bedtime (He would be soaked in anything else)
