We are almost out of the cans of formula we got from wic and he's still being stubborn. He will NOT drink any cold milk. I won't let it sit till its room temp because then its gross. What can I do?!

I nuke Brendan's bottles. A 6oz bottle (no nipple) for 15 seconds to take the edge off. I'd say closer to 30 to make it more or less room temperature.
If you don't like to microwave plastic, I'd say stick in a bowl of hot water to warm up a little.

Claire won't drink it straight out of the fridge, either. I stick her bottle in a cup of hot water for a few minutes to take the biting chill out, and then she's fine.

I agree run it under some warm water or let it sit in a cup, it will take the edge off.

Not sure when you give him his milk, like with Rosie she gets it after waking up and then before bed. So if he is pretty predictable as far as time goes maybe like 10 minutes before he gets up pour it and so its not super cold by the time he wakes up.

Otherwise what the others have suggested. And then maybe do less and less till he is used to it?

He's my first picky child in this department. I'll try the heating it up and see how that goes. Thanks for the ideas!

Hallie was the same way. This might not be the best idea- but I started flavoring her milk with a little strawberry syrup to make it tastier and she took to it. Refused cold white milk but would drink the strawberry. I am working to get her off of the strawberry and onto white milk all the time. But that seemed to be the trick for her. I feel as long as I don't strawberry it too much and she is actually drinking her milk, that there could be worse things. I was just desperate to get her to drink her milk.

He wouldn't even try Dane's chocolate milk.

So, I tried warming it up and he wouldn't drink it out of the sippy. He won't use any other sippy but this one for any other drinks.

So, during nap time, I put his warm milk in a bottle and he took it. He's going to make some trouble for me haha.

Hallie wouldn't drink chocolate milk at first either. She only liked the strawberry. It's tough...You want them to transition over, but they have other ideas. I kept warming Hallie's up until she started drinking the colder milk consistently. I wanted to make sure she got what she needed and not just what I wanted..

I warm Jackson's up in the microwave. He barely drinks any milk (but still nurses mostly only at nap/bedtime) but when he does drink it, he WILL NOT drink it cold. He doesn't like ice cold water either.
