How much do you spend on groceries a week/or every two weeks?
Typically what does each grocery bill include? (Do you shop in bulk or a week at a time kind of thing?)
How many people does this feed?

We buy a week at a time. We are terrible about cooking, we eat out at least 3 times per week. We buy mostly chicken or steaks to grill. That is the quickest. I usually make a salad and a veggie with it. Even if we order pizza or burgers though, I cook emily something healthy. She has yet to try pizza or fried anything.

We buy our meat in bulk and freeze it. But on a given week, I'd say we spend anywhere from $100 to $150 on groceries. In the last while we've been bad about having to throw a lot away, but when I'm in my cooking groove, I pretty much cook at home for most meals. There is just 3 of us, but we have the nanny included for lunches, and I generally try to do a larger family meal with my folks every week. So, that's pretty much where it all goes.
When we stock up on our meat this number becomes pretty embarrassing, but it's once a month or less.

I go grocery shopping bi-weekly and spend $200 for 2 weeks of meals and this is for a household of 4. I normally cook dinner every night and on the weekends we eat 3 meals a day and kids eat snacks in between. Once a month we buy diapers, wipes and other non-grocery items then its an extra $100 on the grocery bill.

I really never tried to keep track. I'd have to guess that we spend $700-$800 a month on grocery items. Our nanny does the grocery shopping and it seems like she spends around $100-$125 at Costco each week, plus around $50-$75 at Albertsons, and the I order the good grocery deals from Amazon.com occasionally, especially those pouches for Juliana. I usually buy diapers and wipes from Amazon when good deals pop up. I also have a deep freeze and use that to stock up on meat when it goes on sale. We are feeding the 3 of us plus the nanny at lunch. Oh, and I buy supplements like protein shakes and bars for after our workouts somewhere else, which is around $100 every 6 weeks or so.

I'm horrible at meal planning... awful. I tend to run to the grocery store 3 times per week & get what we want for dinner that night & most of the time the next. The cost of living is pretty high & I've definitely noticed a difference in the price of groceries here in comparison to when I'm home. I'd say we probably spend about $200 per week on groceries for a family of 4. I mainly cook, but we do order about once every other week. Tonight might be one of those nights because Avery is sick & I got zero sleep last night. I also usually pack lunches for E & A on the days that the nanny is here.

I'm terrible, I grocery shop every day and never seem to leave without spending between $50 - $70 so after week it's probably up to as much as $400 - $500!!!!!! And that's really only for three of us since DH works away. Really need to budget better!

We spend between $150-200 a week depending on if our oldest sons are with us or with their Dad. We rarely eat out and we homeschool so that is for three meals a day for 6-8 people. I do meal plan but I don't shop sales or coupon. DH does the grocery shopping once a week and he's really good about sticking to the list. We probably have 1-2 meals a week that have meat, the rest are vegetarian so that helps with the cost a bit. We buy one case of diapers a month, Max is in cloth and Reid only needs one at night so that helps the budget, too.

We shop about every week and a half, and spend about $160 each time. I eat out a lot because I take Leah out for play dates during the week. I say I eat lunch out of the house probably 3 times a week. It's only the 3 of us that we're feeding. I'd kill to have someone else do our grocery shopping bc Leah is a handful when we go to the market.

I forgot about our Target trips and Farmer's Market trips...that adds on another about $100-150 biweekly. We spend too much.

I spend between $100-150 a week on groceries for the 3 of us. I do one big shopping trip once a week and then go back towards the end of the week for more milk & fruit.
Once a month I buy a case of diapers & wipes at Sam's and that's about $60.

Probably about £200. I try to buy as much fish and meat as I can. Generally I go to the supermarket later on in the day when they reduce stuff with that days date on. Then you can get cheaper stuff thats still fine, as long as you freeze it. I buy the value brand of stuff too to save money. I buy basic pasta because its like 13p a bag over 50p a bag of the next type up, even though its exactly the same!
