Marley & Me

more recently, One Day had me sobbing all over myself. there were others I remember crying through before, like A Walk to Remember, My Sister's Keeper, and Pay it Forward. The ending of The Notebook usually gets me too.

Steel Magnolias for me. I don't care how many times I have seen that movie, it gets me EVERY time! "Open your eyes, Shelby! Open your eyes!"

My Sisters Keeper pissed me off. I was not happy with it at all.

I only saw My Sister's Keeper once, I don't remember much except that I went in expecting not to cry and failed. I will have to watch Steel Magnolias.

I watched Marley & Me not long after my childhood pet dog died. we even buried her in the yard much the same way they did in the movie, so watching it was like reliving the pain of having her put down and then burying her. even now, I have to stop the movie before the ending because I can't handle it.

I agree with Steal Magnolias! Haven't watched it in a long time.

I can't remember off hand what other ones make me cry, even though there's a lot. I even cry during tv shows sometimes. I'm a big sap haha

oh! I can't believe I forgot about Stepmom!

-"Look down the road to her wedding. I'm in a room alone with her, fixing her veil, fluffing her dress, telling her no woman has ever looked so beautiful. And my fear is she'll think, "I wish my mom were here.""
-"And my fear is... she won't."

I read the book and loved it, even though i threw it when i was done.

It stayed pretty much on till the end. That was the one thing they should have left.

its a really good book, you should read it sometime. Apparently the proper ending didnt translate well on to screen or something stupid like that, i remember looking it up right after seeing it

I loved the book, but I was so angry at the end I threw it. However, I'm sure they could have found some way to have used the right ending in the movie. It was a good movie (although I wasn't sure Alec Baldwin was the right fit for Campbell) but the ending in that one pissed me off because it wasn't right.

Yeah My Sister's Keeper made me mad as well.

Marley and Me I can't watch. I watched it one time and bawled because it brought back the night we had to put my Millie down.

Steel Magnolias gets me every single time as does The Notebook.

8 Seconds

But the one movie that makes me cry and Josh is Revolutionary Road.

The Notebook and I have to agree with Lori on Stepmom! That was the first one that came to mind when I read the title of this post, actually. I bawl every single time, and I haven't watched it since having Jackson but I'm sure it will be even more sad the next time...something about being a mother makes me more prone to sappiness, or something. The quote about the wedding, omg.

That's a good movie!

It's weird to think that, that little girl is now on Parenthood.
