I think it helps to have some accountability if you share with others. Here's mine:

Sunday - run with stroller. Try for at least 5 miles. Bonus: P90x abs.
Monday - Elliptical machine at home 45 minutes. Bonus: P90x abs if missed it on Sunday.
Tuesday - Pilates class at the gym 5:15
Wednesday - upper body workout at the gym around 4 pm
Thursday - Cardio class at the gym 5:15
Friday - day off, or makeup day if I missed another day. Bonus: walk.
Saturday - leg workout at the gym (except on book club days once per month, when I switch Friday and Saturday. Yes, I'm a nerd in a book club!)

Monday - Hike with the kids
Tuesday - 45 min workout video
Wednesday 30 min workout video
Thursday - 45 min workout video
Friday - 30 min workout video
Saturday - I want to start running just to keep up with it, but we usually have so much going on I don't have time.
Sunday - Day off

I use about 6 workout videos that are on netflix and rotate between them, they all work different parts, so I'm changing it up quite a bit and I don't get bored too easily.

Sunday - long run...8 or more miles (no stroller)
Monday - run to the gym (2.5 miles with stroller) sculpt group class or upper body lift on own, run home
Tuesday - intervals outside with stroller or at gym on treadmill....at least 4 miles total
Wednesday- run to gym, boot camp class or heavy lift day on own, run home from gym (stroller)
Thursday - medium length run with stroller....5 to 9 miles
Friday - run to gym, all over lifting, run home (stroller)
Saturday - short run...with or without stroller...3 to 4 miles

Although this is my schedule, I only work out 5 to 6 days a week but I don't set a definite off day. If something comes up, I just miss that day and move on to the next day....and there is always something every week, haha.

Depending on my class schedule and what I am teaching, sometimes I work out with my students at night....especially if I miss my workout in the morning.

I'm very impressed that you run 5 miles as your transportation to/from the gym AND do a heavy workout. For me, running 5 miles is plenty of a workout. I used to do stuff like that in my heyday. Hopefully I'll get back in that kind of shape.

You know it's funny cause it takes me about 20 mins to run to the gym but about 10 mins to drive! So I feel like it's a very efficient use of time...plus less time E is in daycare. It sucked at first but it really helped me push through a baby weight plateau. Now it's kinda relaxing to me.
