None here. He is still BFing and any extra milk at this point would negatively affect his anemia, so we are holding off until he is completely weaned from breastmilk.

Ellie gets whole milk or water from her sippy during the day (or once in a while from a bottle when spending the night with her Nana). We still bedshare and she breastfeeds during the night and occasionally during the afternoon for comfort.

Rosie is on whole milk. She loves it and I think if she could drink it all day long she would.

We do whole milk as an occasional treat in the afternoons. He loves it, but from a nutritional standpoint I'm giving him toddler formula in the morning and before bed. Since I'm not bf'ing I want to make sure he gets adequate nutrition, which imo cow milk does not provide.

We are giving Kinley formula until she is 18 months or 20 pounds, whichever comes first.

Since ur still planning to continue bf'ing till 2 (yayyyy!!!! so happy to hear that!) you may want to give it to her as an occasional drink, just so that she is used to the taste. otherwise, she may reject it later (which really wouldnt be a big deal, as long as you supplement her calcium in other ways like yogurt and dark greens).

Thanks Miranda I'll keep that in mind. I'll prob start giving her some soon. The deal is that my mom has always told me that once she started giving me cows milk I got ear infection after ear infection and obviously that would make me want to hold off. With DS I remember that this was the case as well and DD1 I honestly can't remember.
I feel like I'm delaying the inevitable. Maybe I'll wait until January after all the holidays are over.

I'm still breastfeeding but I do give Isaac probably 1 sippy cup of whole milk a day also.
That's weird about the ear infection thing. I've never heard that giving cows milk would have anything to do with ear infections....neither of my kids has ever had an ear infection.
