If you could pack up your bags (boxes) and move your family anywhere right now, where would it be and why?

It depends on whether or not the job stuff was irrelevant.

Right now we're trying to move from a city of more than 400,000 to a town of 3600 about 40 minutes west of where we are now. If work was irrelevant, I'd probably move somewhere on another continent. I loved Ireland, and I could see me being very happy there. I think I'd also love Australia/New Zealand.

Well, my DH inherited some land in Spearfish, SD a long time ago. It would be a beautiful place to build a house, except that it gets really cold in Spearfish! Our retirement goal is to build a big beautiful house there and live there for 8 months out of the year, and have a small home in FL where I'm from that we live in November - February, and maybe rent it out the rest of the year. I can't handle cold.

I have NO idea...I haven't been to too many places in the US. I really like living in Charlotte. There's so much to do here. Maybe Nashville...I enjoyed my visit there???
