So Wyatt slept from 8:00pm until 7:30 this morning!!!!! He woke up briefly around 9:30, but was back down within a couple of minutes. The only thing that was slightly different was that he ate a banana while we were at gymnastics with DD around 7:00. Usually we have dinner around 6 and I just never think to give him something else to eat. If this is a solution, I'm going to try it. Although I think I've tried it before and it stopped working...but I'll give it another go!
So what are some "good" bedtime snacks? I struggle when it comes to snacks for Wyatt especially if he's going to have something close to bedtime I want to make sure it doesn't do the opposite. Any suggestions?
We give Juliana turkey because it's supposed to help her sleep. She gets (or at least is offered) a bedtime snack every night and she's one of the worst sleepers in the PR.

Sometimes I give her a couple handfuls of cheerios. It's important that her snack not be messy, since it's after her bath and I want her to stay clean.
