We have definitely hit it with Bishop. I can't go downstairs to change or go to the bathroom because he will come to our bedroom door (what was our lower level basement) and cry. He'll bang on it until you come upstairs. Then if I go up to do laundry he sits on the bottom step (it's gated at the 2nd step) and cry.

It breaks my heart

Yeah we are dealing with it as well. Josh leaves in the morning for work and Rosie cries. If I run outside and she notices she cries. It don't last long on these instances but seeing her little face just breaks my heart in the mornings. Or if Josh goes outside or into the garage. She will sit by the door waiting.
Go upstairs to grab something same thing.
As long as she doesn't see me leave she does okay. But she notices right away with Josh. She is such a daddy's girl..lol

Suze has separation anxiety even with her sisters! She cries and runs after them even if they run into their bedrooms. If I leave the room...she is right behind me and will put her face in her hands and sob. Its awful! But its also not that bad because she is with me 100% of the time...I think that her allergies and me having to be overprotective has played into that, for sure.

Jackson will cry when I leave in the morning but only for like 30 seconds, same thing when Matt goes to class. He will also sometimes whine if I leave the room for a minute but it's nothing horrible. I think his REAL separation anxiety phase has passed, when he was like 6-12 months old he wouldn't even be held by anyone else and now he lets my Mom babysit him so he's a lot better.

Liam is terrible with separation anxiety
he cries as soon as he realizes I'm gone
If my DH is home I'm basically chopped liver and even if i'm in the room, if DH leaves the room Liam will start crying and try to chase after him

This has been awful around here lately. I took Lily to school the other morning and Tommy cried the whole entire time with his dad! Not to mention, I joined the Y and he will not go into the daycare there. They come get me after 15 minutes because they can't console him. He is a pretty social kid, likes people, he interacts well but I have to be right there.
