The strange this is *I* have never been to the ER, not even when I was little. *knock on wood* Although I've been to urgent care quite a few times!

Yes - twice. The first time for an allergic reaction. The second for super high fever (turned out to be roseala).

Nope... Of course he was at the hospital for both his eye surgeries but never there because of an emergency situation.

No, he hasn't yet. Ds1 has been a few times for respiratory things, and dd 2 has been a couple times for a couple of injuries that thankfully turned out to be nothing other than a bump on the head and some bruised fingers.

Ethan has been 3x. The first was when he got the croup, and was choking and turning blue and couldn't breathe. He had to have nebulizer treatments and steroid shots in the ER. The 2nd time was a few months ago he got a fever and had a seizure in the middle of the night. Scary one too took forever to get his fever down from 105. He ended up having roseola.

The third time was just recently when he got that hand, foot, and mouth disease. It became so severe so quickly I was terrified it was something more serious, but thats where he was diagnosed w/it, and his pedi confirmed it 2 days later in the office.

3x

At 7 weeks with a fever I couldn't get under control - 5 days in hospital, still no idea what she had other

Twice at 13 months for dehydration. She got a terrible flu, and needed emergency attention for rehydration. First time they sent us home, we were back the next day and admitted for 3 days.
