Do you make them wear it once in front of the person so they can see them in it or do you return it and get something that you like and know you will use more than once?

It kinda depends...if its just kinda sorta not our style but it seems ok for her to wear sometimes, she will wear it. If its REALLY not our style, we donate it.

He'll wear it once or twice, sometimes it surprises me what actually looks cute on him.

I've returned so much crap it's riduculous. Don't get me wrong. I'm very appreciative of people buying Leah stuff, but I like her to wear certain things. I'm not like a name brand wh*re or anything, I just kinda like her to be preppy/girly. I can't stand babyish things on her. If I ever return something, I always get her something she needs.

lol...I have two grandmas who are very aware of what she is wearing every time I see them. So whether I like it or not, I try to make sure that she wears everything at least once. So far so good, but it's already starting to be difficult to keep it up. The nanny dresses her differently than even I do, so some of it will stop having tags removed. Unfortunately, I've tried to stop their spending, but I'm only one woman...and I've learned that Grandma's are unstoppable.

I return it and get him something he will use. I would hope if I bought someone a gift they would do the same...at least the money I spent isn't being wasted KWIM? But people rarely buy Caleb clothes because everyone knows I'm a clothes hoarder. LOL My biggest problem is toys. People buy my kids toys all the stinking time.
