We found a house!

After looking at 18 different rentals (single family homes and townhouses) we have FINALLY found a house. You would not believe the state of some of these homes and what people are trying to get for rent, crazy! Some houses just stank of mold as soon as you opened the basement door. Other's were dirty and dingy, and one had the entire basement ripped apart and the owner was trying to rent as is but you HAD to fix it in order to be able to live there...umm no thank you

Anyway, we signed our lease and we get our keys on Tuesday. I am so happy to be moving back home. We are currently 2 hours away from my family, it's going to be nice to be close again. My kids will have all their cousins to play with.

We meet with a Real Estate Agent next week to get our house ready to go on the market. Fingers crossed it sales quickly so we don't have to rent too long.
