The buyers have until Friday to clear their waivers and do the inspection, and once that is all done, we're golden! Onto the new house at the beginning of December.

I'm so excited I'm kinda numb.

We took a little less than we originally wanted, but at least there's still profit in there. Nothing else in the area is moving, and we have significant immigration demographic challenges in this neighbourhood that would have prevented any better price - even in the spring. So we're pretty happy with what we're getting.

Very happy that we'll be in our new home before xmas!
