Nope, you don't have to be in good shape to join the challenge. :-) It's for anyone who is looking to get fit. Whether that means losing weight, gaining muscle, or a fit person trying to break through a plateau.

I want to, but I'm about to have abdominal surgery, so it'll have to wait until I'm healed up.
