Update

...I'm packing like crazy!! Next Saturday (a week from today) the moving van comes and we will be 100% moved into our new home. In the mean time I'm painting and getting our house ready...it goes on the marked next Monday! We are upset because it looks like we will take a loss but hopefully by pricing our house a little low it will sell fast...fingers crossed.

Heather it moves fast doesn't it. We are looking at selling our house at so much of a loss that we are trying to make it so we can do a short sale, I hope you place sells fast.

That's what we're hoping to avoid. It's just sad that after living here for 5 years we are only pricing our house for $1000 more then we paid for it! Although I'm hoping that once it sells we can do good on the buyer end of things...KWIM? We are leaving all the appliances, our water heater is only 6 months old and we are getting a new roof Monday. We are also offering a year of insurance on all the appliances. I'm hoping those things and the aggressive price help this house move fast.
