One of the mommies from my Isabelle's birth board just found out she is pregnant and they found 4 sacks on the u/s.  She was on clomid and is totally freaking out. She will find out next week how they are each growing and if all of them have heart beats. That is just CRAZY!!!

Wow I don't know what I would do. A friend of mine is doing fertility stuff and had 7 eggs this month, she just got a bfp so I can't wait to find out how many are in there!!

She requested an u/s yesterday (she's 6 weeks along) and they found all 4 had a heartbeat. So she was originally thinking of reducing, but now that she's seen the hearts beating there is no way she will be doing that.
What an adventure! That's for sure. I just hope that all 4 make it to the end and are all healthy and she doesn't have many complications.
I will definitaly keep you posted.
I think I would have a heart attack if I found out that there was more than one in there. I've always had that fear, since DH is a twin.

That is crazy though- having been on the medical assistance journey myself, I have done my research on Clomid. It's not even that strong! It's only supposed to double chances of twins (so like 1 in a million) so for her to only be on Clomid and to quads is just nuts!

I know. She said it was like a 1% chance of quads, so it was totally unexpected. And it was her first time on clomid too.
