That's right, I am contaminated. I caught baby fever, and I have it B-A-D!! It's ridiculous! I'm going nuts. My best friend is about to deliver any day now, and we BOTH thought I would be preggo first. Lol.

After DS#1 and after DD, I was ovulating 10 months PP. I even nursed DD until she self-weaned halfway through my second trimester with Zeke. I thought, after two kids, it would be exactly the same. But it hasn't been, unfortunately. Zeke is 16 months old now, still BFing happily, and I STILL am not ovulating.

I got pregnant so easily while BFing before, why can't I now? Zeke sleeps through the night(so no night nursing), he eats regular solid food meals, and recently starting drinking more cow milk when he's thirsty instead of mommy milk.

Okay...rant over.

Any tips or suggestions?

No tips, but I feel your pain. Baby fever attacks me constantly. We're trying to wait til January, but I don't know if I'll last that long. I'm having perfect 28 day cycles. Before Leah, my cycles were looong. It's like my body's telling me to give in and make a baby.

No tips either, but it does sound normal considering you are still BF. I go back and forth with baby fever and would love 3 babies!!!!! ((hugs))

Have it bad over here too but haven't started charting yet. I suspect it also has to do with the fact that you are still BF'ing.

My plan is to start charting/trying seriously in the new year. I have multiple problems conceiving historically, so this time around, I'll be checking out the kits on makeababy.ca. I swear that the boost of folic acid from asparagus really helped me last time. I also had to lose some weight (same story this time around). I know you've gone through a pretty rigorous toning program, and I wonder if you're taking supplements (complex vitamins and proteins) as part of that program. Maybe you should think about dialing back some of the supplements. I know from a previous life that some of those supplements boost testosterone. Not sure which ones your taking if any at all. But thought if you are, this may help.

Oh yeah! I gots da feva!!! I've had it since just before H turned 1. Gratefully I have doctor's orders holding me back....that, and we get NO sleep right now so I left it up to DH to give the green light. Probably not the best plan. He'll think he deserves a few years of trying to get caught up on sleep! LOL. I say why get well rested and then send youself into a spin? Just keep on spinning, and eventually when it's done, you can get your rest then. lol, but I'm crazy.

No help here either, I would love another one but that won't ever happen, I seriously think drs should make you wait a year before making things permanent.

I understand! When we decided to start TTC I assumed it would be pretty quick since my cycle was regular after all my other babies. That wasn't the case and it was frustrating to wait month after month. Hopefully it will be your month soon!
