Every once in a while. I usually just use a purse or tote bag.

Yes. I keep her diapers, wipes, change of clothes, bibs, sunblock, first-aid kit, and nursing cover. We also bring a tiny backpack filled with toys for her to rummage through. The diaper bag usually stays in the car unless we're using the stroller, ie going to be far away from the vehicle for any length of time.

Yes, we've always used one. It has diapers, wipes, snacks, extra clothes, a cup, and a couple of toys. I usually just throw my sunglasses and wallet in there, so I don't have to carry that and a purse.

I have a Vera Bradly tote that I use...it's big enough to hold diapers, wipes, and a sippy cup, but not an offical diaper bag. I like it because I can use it with or with out the kids.

Wow, I'm surprised so many people don't use diaper bags anymore! I'm always hauling that **** thing with me LOL I'm really tired of it, but I guess I'm always afraid of "just in case". So I've got diapers, wipes, food, water, and extra clothes in there.

What triggered it for me was the fact that she started eating grown up food. Once I didn't have to worry about carting bottles, and jars of baby food, and once she started going longer between diaper changes, I stopped trying to lug her nursery with me.

I have a good size purse that I carry (it weighs a freakin ton, but I guess it will for a while yet). In it, I have a diaper changing pouch with wipes, extra diapers, and a change pad. I carry a small purse size vaseline or diaper cream, and stuff a meal bib and an extra set of Maggie sized utensils in that pouch. It slips into my purse. Then I pitch in a sippy cup (less often these days since she can use a straw at restaurants), and her snack cup. I also don't carry and extra change of clothes anymore. And her bunny goes in the car only - no toys are allowed when we are out of the vehicle.

I've only been caught once where I had wished that I had more than 2 diapers on me. Most of the time, we're out and home again before we need another diaper change.

Yes I do! But our is this gray backpack that slings across your body so it's not like I am carrying anything in my hands.

I still use mine just because I've been using a smaller purse these days. If I break out the larger purse I would stop with the diaper bag. But on the other hand I have a Coach diaper bag and it's kinda like a really big purse.

Yes I use a diaper bag for years because I seem to bring his whole life when we go anywhere. I always have extra clothes, toys, snacks, drinks, diapers, etc etc...So yes we bring it everywhere, even if we leave it in the car, we still have it. I also am one of those that must always be prepared just in case.
