I am so annoyed by this. Joey has another ear infection, so we have to do 10 days of antibiotics again. Plus, I am giving him triaminic acetametophin at times. The problem is that I hate using the syringe because he doesnt cooperate, and it drips out of this mouth. Especially the triaminic, because 5 ML is a lot to expect my LO to swallow. I tried being creative today and putting in a spoon while I was feeding him yogurt and a lot of it got lost in the process. Does anyone have any tips for this? Am I the only person annoyed by the fact that they don't sell the concentrated infant drops anymore? I talked to Walgreens today and they said everything is now in liquid form with the 5 ML syringe because too many parents were overdosing their kids with the infant drops.

Sorry I have no advice but that sounds frustrating.

No advice here either, but I'm sure it must be really frustrating. I hope Joey is feeling better soon!

I have no advice either. We just dealt with this problem with Sam also. Luckily we only were on the antibiotic for 5 days. He absolutely hated it though (which i don't understand because I thought it tasted good) My boy who usually takes medicine so well absolutely refused the antibiotic, and would totally spit it out. So i know where you are coming from.
