We are still nursing. Not quite ready to let it go since she will be my last. I went 27 months with Zander, so I am curious if she will go that long.

Still nursing, he loves it. We will probably go until he self-weans, but gradually cut back more and more. Right now we are down to about 3-4 times per day, but I would like to get it down to bedtime only within the next few months. I am hoping to be completely done by 2, but we'll see. Some days I want it to be over with but I really do love the special connection we have. I NEVER thought I would nurse a toddler but it was just so natural to continue, and I can't break his little heart.

Cade is self weaning already, which feels SO young to me! I have to say I'm looking forward to having a body that belongs exclusively to ME though, that hasn't been the case since march 2008......
I'm hoping he'll continue nursing occasionally through the winter but my supply is almost nonexistent as little as he's nursing lately.

I feel the same. I still nurse Stevie 2-4 times a day during the week. More on the weekends.

Still going here. I'm trying to cut back on the drive-by nursing though. Sometimes she's just popping on and off constantly so if she does it more than a couple times in a half hour, I make her wait for a while. I'm probably going to start night weaning soon because she still likes to nurse all night long.

Still nursing both boys. Its hard to believe that I'm nursing a toddler and a pre-schooler. I am not sure how I feel about nursing Kye as long as Thuya has though.

Still going. It's getting a little uncomfortable since I"m 4 months pregnant but I plan to let her self wean. She is still as interested as she was before and my supply seems fine. My midwife keeps trying to tell me I need to wean by 20wks due to high risk of preterm labor, but I don't see that happening.

Still going here. Mostly only 1-2 times per day and maybe once during the night. I have to use the boppy pillow so it's out in the living room and when he wants to nurse he goes and gets the boppy pillow...........how can I say no to that???

We are still nursing here. Lauren shows no interest in stopping. Some days it is hard when she goes through a stage of just wanting to be on the boob multiple times a day. Or at night when that is all that will settle her down. Just had bad mastitis so was ready to quit right then! But I can't do that to her. And I know I am very emotionally involved as well, especially since we are done with two kids.....plus, obviously good for her.

Still nursing over here too Never thought I would make it this long considering how hard it was for her to latch on....now she's glued to me.

unless you are at risk of preterm labor (previous history, irritable uterus, etc) then there really isn't a reason that you would need to wean at all unless you don't want to tandem nurse.
