They had a blood drive at work today
I always donate, never had issues
Got done, sat down to eat some snacks and drink some juice, starting feeling icky
went to the bathroom was exiting the bathroom when i fainted, and fell on the floor (gross i know)
hurt my knee pretty bad, all bruised and painful
had to hang out for an hour to get my bearings back
still feel icky now if i move too much

I almost passed out after donating one time. how are you feeling now?

Felt better this morning, felt ickier after an hour or two there so came home to lay down
feeling much better now but boy does my knee hurt! bruise is getting bigger!

I almost passed out once when I had a blood draw with my 1st pregnancy. Thank goodness I was standing in line at a coffee shop and they gave me juice and I sat for a while. Hope your knee isn't too too bad. Ouch!

This is exactly why I will never donate blood. I have a huge fear of passing out and I'm positive i'd be one to pass out.
