How is your toddler's appetite these days? Has it increased or decreased?

Do we have any picky eaters?

What is your toddler's favorite meal and snack?

hmmm. Maggie has had a few more picky moments in the last few months than I had been prepared for, but she seems to be getting back on track with eating almost anything again.

She has a healthy appetite. Loves grapes. I think grapes have to be her favourite thing in the whole wide world these days!

apparently she eats like a champ at daycare. I have trouble getting her to eat supper at home though. she's picky on what she'll eat. I think she has mob mentality at daycare --- everyone is eating so I might as well eat too.

with that being said, she loves any/all fruit. also loves anything she can eat with a spoon (yogurt, applesauce, cottage cheese..things like that).

Maddy will eat anything you put on front of her as long as its not hamburger meat. She hates it!! She does have her days though where it is hard for me to get her to eat. Shes just not hungry I guess. Other days she will eat me out of the house!! Her fav snack is apples.

Leah is horribly picky. She loves chicken, goldfish, pizza, pasta, grapes, and a few others. Lots of foods are just hit or miss. She has her good and bad days with food. Our pediatrician told us to view her eating habits on a weekly schedule rather than daily. That has calmed my nerves somewhat, but I still get pretty anxious about her eating habits...lack there of, lol!

London is not picky about what she eats, but she will not touch her food unless she has utensils. Now we have a problem were she will barely touch her dinner, because she ate such a big lunch and snack at daycare. Her favorite meal is spaghetti and snacks are grapes and goldfish.

OK...Not fair. I want this - how did you get her to this point? I'm starting to feel like she's never going to stop eating with her fingers.

Well I will give them to her every meal and so does daycare. Initially when she would put it down I would pick it back up and have her try again. She did get mad at me a few times. If she just flat out refused after me trying a couple of times I just stopped and tried at the next meal. A week or so ago I had given her the plate of food and walked away to make cadens plate, well she threw a huge fit and strted to toss her food over the side of the highchair well it finally clicked to me and I handed her a fork and she stopped crying and started eating with her fork! Lol

Toby will eat pretty much anything. But I have to give him his meat after his veg/pasta/bread etc. He won't eat anything else if the meat is on the plate. His favourite food is beans and sausages, and also raisins

Ethan is the pickiest eater of the bunch. He won't eat ANY veggies. Not disguised veggies, not tomato sauce w/veggies in it...nothing. He will eat any fruit, mac n cheese, yogurt, he LOVES grilled cheese and also oatmeal. Other than that he's super picky. I sometimes feel we feed him the same thing over and over. We always try w/new stuff but he throws it immediatly. It's so frustrating.

Kaiden is also extremely picky! The only thing that he will consistently eat is fruit and scrambled eggs. Other than that you just never know. He will love something one day and won't touch it the next.
Using utensils has helped a little bc he will at least try things when he can feed it to himself but its still only a few bites.
