I have many (one in each car, and DH now carries one in case he gets caught in the 10 minute walk from the train station to the office). Rarely use it unless we'll be outside for a significant amount of time.

Hair and rain do not mix..so Im always carrying one even with the slightest sign of rain..ha ha..can't get that hair wet! LMAO! I have so many umbrellas its unreal.
I dont own one, but Amber does and Julia has a few because she loves umbrellas Born and raised in Seattle, rain does not scare me at all! I hate umbrellas and have no problem getting wet. I cant even remember the last time I used one.
