What do you usually eat for lunch? What do your LOs eat?

I usually take leftovers from the night before unless my DH takes them. Lately, I've been taking soup from Costco. If I don't have any of that, a lot of times, I just bring some cheese and get some fruit from the school cafeteria. I'm so busy in the morning helping get Ellie ready, I just don't have time to think about my lunch. I should start preparing something at night maybe. I don't want to get up any earlier than 5:30.

Claire and I usually eat leftovers, too. I also have a few casserole recipes that I really like, so I'll make one and freeze it in portions that are just the right size for she and I for lunch...the trick is taking it out of the freezer the night before
