Brendan doesn't watch it. Really has no interest. I've turned on most of the shows I've heard you ladies talk about, and he watches for 10 seconds and then he's back to whatever else he was doing. Tried movies too, and nothing peaks his interest.

I'm not really complaining because I don't want him hooked on TV and blah blah blah, but it would be nice to have him not scream when I leave the room to go do something or God forbid pee haha.

WELL! Today DH put on a dvd that Brendan has seen before in daycare. It's by Leap Pad and it was called The Letter Factory. Sings all the sounds that the letters make and stuff, super cute. Brendan sat there, danced there, and clapped there for TWENTY MINUTES. I was in happy shock! May need to put this on for a short while again tomorrow...

It's actually really cute. Good fun colors and music and stuff. And technically educational too. It's a win win dvd

I leave our tv on in the background a lot on Nick Jr or Sprout but Ellie wanders in and out of the room. She usually ignores it in favor of reading a book or playing with her toys.

The only show that really catches Tommys attention is Play with Me Sesame on sprout, he will sit and watch it everytime it comes on. He LOVES cookie monster, everytime he comes on he makes a cute growling noise like he is eating the cookies with him, it cracks me up everytime.

I am going to check this out. My LO gets bored when there is too much talking but he loves singing & dancing. He loves the sesame street "kids favorite songs" DVD. He liked the wiggles too at first but I think he is a little bored of that one now.
