Do you read to your LO yet? All the time...it is her favorite thing to do.
Is it part of the bedtime routine? Yes, although we read at other times during the day, too. She gets to pick 2 books at bedtime.
What kind of books to you read, picture books, board books, etc? A little of everything. We keep the non-board books where she can't get to them because she shreds the pages, so 95% of the time we read board books. Santa is bringing her a couple of books that have buttons to press for sounds, and I think she will LOVE them.

Do you read to your LO yet? Yes, we started a few months ago. Sometimes he goes and sits by the book shelf and reads to himself. The other day both of my boys were sitting on the couch reading books. It was so cute!
Is it part of the bedtime routine? Yes...snack, brush teeth, read book, night night.
What kind of books to you read, picture books, board books, etc? We have all kinds of books on the kids book shelf and he gets to pick out which one he wants us to read.

We do read to her and she reads on her own while she's playing too. Depending on how sleepy she is, its usually part of our bedtime routine, but sometimes she wants to skip right to nursing and lying down. We mostly give her board books since she's rough on regular ones, but she's learning to be more careful with the pages, so she does have some regular books.

Rosie loves books. We read all throughout the day. No not part of the bedtime routine.
Rosie also "reads" by herself. We mainly have board books for her but I have a ton of golden books as well that we picked up at a garage sale. Her current favorite book that we are reading non stop is Biscuts Pet and Play Easter. She likes to feel the chick and bunny..lol

Sophia loves to read, too. It's always the same books she brings over and over for me to read to her. Certain pages she doesn't like so she immediately flips the page to the next page. She has certain pages that are her favorite that she will look at for long times.

We mainly do boardbooks. A few storybooks, but she likes to tear pages.

We do books before bed if there is time- sometimes we run out of time and it is bedtime so no book. It depends on the night I guess.
