Normally we would go to my mom's and have the traditional European Christmas Eve dinner with Fish and dumplings and beet soup. No meat.
However, my DH is not Catholic and he likes his mean, so this year I'm just going to do whatever (since we are on our own and going to my mom's on Christmas Day instead).

Christmas Eve, I make a stuffed chicken, candied carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans with mushroom soup and rolls. I feel like I'm forgetting something and need to ask Jason.

Christmas my mom cooks. She always makes a ham, broccoli and cheese, potatoes of some sort, her 7 layer jello, potato salad, macaroni salad and then desert which I dont know what it is this year.

We will go to her house around 10ish for breakfast also.

What is usually on the menu for Christmas Day? My mom usually makes a turkey and all the fixings...but this year we are doing our "Christmas dinner" on Monday and it will be a roast with all the fixings.
We are going to Kevin's aunts for his fathers side's gathering. Not sure what shes making....guessing ham.
I also plan to make a big breakfast.

How about Christmas Eve? Not sure. Kevin's dad is coming over before he goes to work to bring Sam's presents...so i should have something made.
