New Year's Eve Celebrations

Will you be celebrating tonight? What do you do to celebrate? If you have older kids do you let them stay up and bang pots and pans?

All the boys will be in bed. Gage wouldn't make it and if he did, it would be constant whining.

My mom and step-dad are coming over, we're going to do pizza and play games. Mainly euchre, we get pretty mean while playing. Its fun.

no special plans. maybe DH and I will watch movies and play games, but that is our norm anyway. we have NEVER done anything for new years. the first year we were together we stayed in and watched a home makeover show (boring!!!) and the year after that my dad had a stroke on NYE and we had a one month old. since then, we've seen no point because we have young children.

Jason and I have never gone out on NYE. Our first together was the day after my due date with Gage. We got together in January of 05. Then everyone after that we've either had a new baby or no need. One NYE we spent watching The Office on the computer haha.

We're having a party at our house tonight and after they stop by, DH's parents are taking Ellie for the night so that we can both drink and not have to worry about her. I'm really looking forward to it because since I'm still breastfeeding, I don't usually get to really let loose and have a crazy time.
