Have you started it yet? When do you plan on it? Is your child interested in the potty yet?

I sit her on the potty chair before she takes a bath, but she has never actually peed in it. I don't think she's ready for anything more than that yet.

We haven't started yet. Don't plan to until he's at least 2 unless he shows that he is ready before that.

we havent started yet. I have sat her on there but she does nothing. Although the other day she brought me a diaper (she was clean) and she kept saying ewww ewww and poo. Then 2 minutes later she was poopy...maybe if she tells me when she needs to go I can run and put her on her potty.

We haven't started yet, but we may try her soon. She seems so interested when everyone else goes. She loves to follow everyone in, or if the door is closed, she always lays down on the floor and tries to peek in haha

I won't push it at all though. After we get back from our trip, I'm going to go and buy her a potty seat (one that goes on the toilet).

Miranda has started to tell me when she poos in her diaper, which is great. She also one time pointed to the toilet when were were getting ready for the bath and I had to sit her on it. I asked her where is peepee and she pointed down into the toilet. So I think she may be ready soon. She is completely dry when she wakes up from her sleep in the morning.
I really really hate potty training though, and I try to hold off as long as possible. That's the only thing about having kids that stresses me out. I think I'm just traumatized with Isabelle's experience.
Really hoping that Miranda will get it quickly. So I think I'll start in the Spring, when it's a bit warmer and she can run around with a naked bum.

We haven't yet. She is very interested in watching us though. If she has no pants on during the day then as soon as she goes pee she will take it off. If she poops she goes to where we keep the diapers and stands by the door waiting for us to get a new one.
Ofter our trip I plan on getting a potty and just having it there for her. Probably wont' start activily trying till 2 and she is no where near ready for nighttime she is a super soaker.

Ellie thinks its really funny to watch me on the toilet, but I don't think she really knows what's going on. I'll probably buy her a potty chair soon just so she can start getting used to it, but I'm not going to worry about trying until she shows signs of being ready.

Since I had the brilliant idea to potty train Sophia at 7 months and you all told me I was crazy I am following your advice and waiting till she shows signs of being ready. She comes into the bathroom and looks- she is very interested in the toilet brush but not the toilet itself. I don't think she is ready yet.
I think I follow your leads and will just get a potty and let her explore it.

London loves to watch us use the bathroom, but she isn't really ready yet I don't think. I will ask her every time I'm about to change her if she peed or pooped and she will grab her diaper and nod yes, lol.... I plan on buying a potty towards the spring....

Tommy is no where near ready either, I tried sitting him on the potty when he had to go #2 and he freaked out. He seems intrested though, he always has to be in there when someone else is.
