I saw this in another place and thought it would be fun. I need lists for many different things. For instance if I am grocery shopping i need a list or I have a hard time grocery shopping. Even though my list is pretty much the same each trip.

Fears
I am with you on the rodent thing, I can't even look at a rat they give me the creeps. Flying, I hate it. It gives me anxiety but I do it because I like to go places. The ocean, I can't swim it I'm either afraid of the sharks or the rip tides, I would rather just lay in the sand and get some sun.
My biggest one is failure. I really need to work on it because I will avoid trying new things just because I'm not sure I will be good at them. Heights also freak me out.
