Does anyone give their LO's this? Tommy doesn't eat much and would rather drink his milk. I am afraid he isn't getting enough food. I'm debating on getting him this or the enfagrow and supplementing his milk with it. Any suggestions?

I dont think it would hurt to try, we have Ross on a toddler formula (he gets 1 9oz cup before bed) because he goes through picky stages with his food, one day all he wants is cheerios and goldfish crackers or chicken nuggets and cheese. I wonder if the pediasure might be cheaper, If youre worried id give it a try, it certainly wouldnt hurt him

My oldest was very thin when she was and we tried giving it to her, but she didn't like the taste of it and wouldn't drink it. It can't hurt to try. He may like it or if not that than the Enfagrow. Other than that, maybe just a vitamin supplement.

I would actually say that it might backfire, and make him stay more full, and therefore less likely to eat food. Cade still drinks alot of milk, but he eats decent, so I don't worry about it. I don't stress over the amount of food they eat as long as they are healthy and growing.

My daughter was the same way....drank a ton of milk, it was all she wanted. I asked her pediatrician about it at her 18 month or 2 year appt (I can't remember for sure) and he said that as long as she was still eating (even if it wasn't as much as I'd like) and she wasn't overweight, it was fine.

He is on the lower end for weight but not too bad. I just get nervous because he really went from liking certain things to not caring if he eats it or not. I just hate that he wants milk all the time, I will have to ask the dr at his next apt.
