What's your favorite thing to cook when you're pressed for time or feeling lazy?

I love doing crock pot meals when I think to plan ahead, but if I'm just in a hurry and don't want to think about it, I usually end up just with spaghetti and jarred sauce since it doesn't take much effort. My favorite thing to do in the crock pot is probably chicken & dumplings. I also love cabbage roll casserole, but that one takes some prep work.

I'm not really pressed for time so a lot of our dinners aren't that quick.

When Gage was in soccer we were in crunch time from when he got home from school to when we had to be at the feild. I did chicken stroganoff in the crock pot.

Most dinners I make are pretty easy to do. Like Chicken cooked in Italian dressing. I bake it at 475 for 30 minutes. Comes out super tender.

Baked chicken or pork chops. Most dinners I prep and go right into the oven fairly quickly. Sides are pretty easy as well.

We do the spaghetti and jarred sauce also. I have yet to find a successful spaghetti sauce to make myself that we like.
