You are working full time, too, that makes it harder for you to work out, I think. I am not working and I motivate myself to go to the gym every day because it's a win-win situation for me and Sophia:
- Sophia gets out of the house and gets to play with other kids (she loves it there)
- I get some quiet time away from Sophia
- I get to do something for myself
and - the exercises I do keeps my backpain down.
Are you a member of a gym? Or maybe you can sign up for a class? It is more fun to work out with others. I work out by myself but there are people around me working out and that helps a lot.
I am trying to eat better. I was eating a bar of chocolate every day.

Sometimes more. I stopped eating chocolate 4 days ago. It is HARD!!!! I have a nice chocolate gut that I am trying to get rid off, since we are planning to go to the beach in the summer. I think that's another motivation. I want to look good in my bathing suit.
