Have any of you taken your LOs to Disney yet? We did the Magic Kingdom and I was worried that Juliana would be too young but she loved every minute of it. I think the rides went a bit fast for her to process them, but at the end she always shouted "more!". Now I'm going overboard and just booked a Disney cruise and am making plans to go back and do more of the theme parks in December. I just love to see her have fun.

I'm so glad to hear you say this! We are thinking about going to Busch Gardens this spring, and DH wasn't so sure Claire would like it.

We went to Disney for Halloween (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot) last year. It was such a great time. I know Sophia won't remember but we took a lot of pics and I made her a scrapbook with some stories in it. I would love to go again this year- Halloween or Christmas. We'll see what happens. It truly is a magical place!

That's awesome! Glad you guys had such a great time. I think I'm going to tell DH that Juliana did so well. Then we can actually start planning our own little trip!

It's been over 15 years since I've been to Busch Gardens but I can't remember there being much for a LO to do. Then again, I was 15 when I went so maybe I just didn't pay attention to the kiddie stuff.

Was there much for her to do at Epcot? I know Juliana would love Animal Kingdom and we're definitely planning to go there in December but I'm thinking we'll probably hold off on Epcot for a couple more years.

I'm almost 26 and have never been to Disney, or on a real vacation for that matter. One of my goals once life gets figured out again is to take my boys. I know they'd love it.
Glad you all had a great time

I'm glad to hear she had fun. We are you g to Disneyland in April and I wasn't sure if Isaac would enjoy it. When the kids are older we will do Disney World (since we are west coast it will be a big vacation that we probably only do once).

Oh this is good to hear! I'm trying to talk DH into Disneyland this summer before I get pregnant again and he keeps saying she won't be old enough.

IMO yes. Disney designed most of the rides so that babies can go on them (I saw infants there). There are a few rides the LOs can't get on, but there is enough to see and do- bands playing on the paths, the Nemo ride was cute, some of the different countries have slow rides and they have fireworks at night. When we went they had a food an wine festival which was nice for us, cause we could drink and walk around the park.
If you have a baby and are nursing they also have an airconditioned room for nursing moms w/ glider chairs and the nurses are real nice. Very family friendly.

Glad she had a good time. We are wanting to go but plan on waiting till the kids are a bit older yet. Maybe next year for Disneyland. Neither one of us have ever been so we would really like to go.
