A pasta dish with ground turkey, ricotta cheese, pasta sauce, mozzarella, whole wheat noodles, and pureed spinach and carrots hidden in there.

We sometimes do carry-out. Fridays are so crowded we go on different days- but not often. Tonight I am making stuffed peppers.

mmm they both sound great. We usually go out or order take out, mostly it's take out.

We usually go out to eat on Friday's. But yesterday I made pot roast instead. It was the best pot roast I've ever made and ever had. It tasted sooooo good. DH doesn't like pot roast, but eats it and last night he loved it and didn't even put ketchup on it like he does on everything. The boys didn't like it though, but that doesn't surprise me.
