I saw this subject on the Anderson show today and just wondering how you all felt about it. I think some of the outfits are really inappropriate for a little girl and I just think the whole thing is ridiculous.

Any of the words that come to my mind are way stronger and more emotional than "ridiculous", but I certainly agree with you.

I feel like it's perpetuating everything that is wrong with the way women are treated and presents exactly how women find themselves emotionally conflicted over their appearances and without a truly confident view of their real value and contributions, and most of all their potential.

The words that come to my mind are heinous, exploitative, abusive and terrifying.

I an all for all natural pageants. I think as long as the child still wants to be in them then ok but often times I think it's the parents more then the child. Some of the kids are straight up little brats and if we're my kid would get a good beating back into reality. That show makes me very pro spanking and we don't spank.

I don't have a problem with pageants but I don't understand the way they are done. I think it would be better if the kids looked like kids. Like have a play wear portion or a talent that isn't choreographed and over the top. Make the kids look adorable, not like mini porn stars.
