Does anyone think about what there dream house would like? Or do you already live in your dream house? My dream house would be a log cabin with large window and high ceilings. I would live by a lake and have a large fireplace. I love the woods, always have. I was born itn the city but every opportunity I have I surround myself in nature. I feel at peace in the woods. I picture myself on a wrap aroung porch, sitting on a chair swing, sipping tea while I look at the lake and mountaintops, ahh paradise.
Hmmm....my dream house would be a nice townhome in the city. Convenient to everything, nice parks, shopping, work, good food, so I wouldn't have to drive so much. It would be decorated with nice modern furniture, have a huuuuge modern kitchen with tons of work space and a double viking oven...a cool retro gas stove...a totally stocked fridge..all in stainless steel. It would be loaded with gadgets and electronics galore....ahhhhh.
My dream house would be on the beach, with an ocean view from every possible window! Wrap-around porch, nice modern kitchen. Master suite on its own level with ridiculous attached bath (jetted tub w/window above it, steam shower, etc.). Julia would have a nice large bedroom and a playroom. I would love to have exposed beams in the living room or family room, dark hardwood floors throughout the house.
