My kids eat these quite a bit:
1. Noodles with alfredo sauce
2. mac & cheese
3. top ramen
4. grilled cheese sandwiches
5. corn dogs

I work and I always bring my lunch:
1. grilled chicken, mixed veggies and a sugar free jello cup
2. baked salmon, edamame and jello
That's it, pretty boring!

We do a lot of leftovers for lunches, but when I actually fix something we might have:

1) hot dogs, mac n cheese, fruit cocktail, mixed veggies, and milk
2) PB&J, chips, banana, milk
3) chicken nuggets, fries, banana, milk
4) Lunch meat (ham turkey or bologna) chunk of chedder cheese, corn, manderain oranges, milk
5) scrambled eggs, toast w/ butter, sausage, banana, milk (we LOVE breakfast foods around here)

Mason is picky, so I'm ALL about adding the good stuff.

1. Turkey, cheese, and avacado sandwiches. (instead of mayo, etc)
2. Mini Pizzas (pocketless pitas for crust, I add sweet potatoes and/or carrots to some tomato sauce - and shred zucchini on it, then let THEM add veggies or whatever and top with cheese)
3. Mac & Cheese (whole wheat pasta and real cheese. I cook squash and make a puree and add that in, then I add broccoli and shred zucchini in it)
4. Chicken Nuggets (real chicken breasts breaded with corn flakes and parmesan etc)
5. PB&J (we use real PB (just peanuts and salt) and real fruit spread on good bread)

LOL like I said, Mason is PICKY, so I do what I can to make sure he's eating well. I always serve veggies with meals and fruits for snacks. They LOVE dipping their veggies in hummus and it's a better alternative to ranch.
