All this dreary winter, no sun stuff is really getting to me this year. I'm having to force myself to do anything. It's just so dreary. It's been overcast or rainy here for about a week and a half, and I'm dying for some SUN.

Is anyone else struggling with the winter blues?

yep. Every year gets worse for me. I feel claustrophobic...like I have cabin fever like Jack Nicholson in "The Shining". I HATE HATE HATE winter. I hate not seeing the sun for weeks at a time!

They sell therapy lights...that you just merely have to be in the same room as the light for 30 minutes a day. And those are supposed to help a lot. I should really try one.

I used to get that way up north, I would start feeling claustrophobic and just get irritated easily. It's been pretty warm down here, right now it's 59, earlier it was over 60, but I am still anxious for spring, for things to bloom and turn green again.

Move out here It's cold in the morning but by the afternoon it's spring like and sunny.
