I'm looking for ideas for Sam's birthday. Last year we went to Chuck E Cheese. I have a feeling we'll end up there again just because there are so few things for a 3 year old to do in the winter. What did you get them for their gift when they turned 3?

I'm sure I got them something Batman related....maybe the Imaginext batcave

As for a party, we only had family parties at that point so it was just at Grandma's house.

We did Chuck E. Cheese. For his 4th, we hired a magician to come to our house and we did a pinata in the backyard. It was actually a lot of fun.

We had Jake's at a playground/park up north, it was a really cute park, but it ended up being rainy and cold that day. The party was still fun, but would have been great with warm weather.

Up until at least 5 years old we just family parties at our place.

I just looked through the pics to try and remember what we had given him and now I'm all teary eyed, he's growing so fast!!
We got him a bucket that was full of dinosaurs, trees, and stuff with a play mat to set up and play with them on.

We took Aiden to the park! It was cold but he loved it. We didn't do a lot for Micah's I don't think.

I think we're just going to do Chuck E Cheese again. Just with the grandparents. The kids both love going there so they'll have a blast. I can't believe it's been so long since our 05'ers' 3rd birthdays.
