I have been so bad about posting, I feel like all I ever do is pump, and while I can browse on the computer while pumping, they get in the way of typing. So i am here, just silent, LOL. Lets see, William is 5 weeks old now. I am pumping enough that he needs no formula at all, yay! I gave up on the nursing attempts, it was just to frustrating for me, we tried for 3 weeks, I just don't think its going to happen, but I am so happy pumping is going well this time.

He has outgrown his preemie stuff and is now in newborn, but it still is a bit big on him, LOL. He is nearly 9 pounds now!

He has gotten the sleep routine down very well, he has all his active times during the day and at night he falls right back to sleep after his bottle no issues, its so nice.

He was having apnea episodes that the dr feels was caused by reflux. We started him on a reflux med and also put him in a sleep positioner to keep him upright and it has helped him a ton. It also helped his crankiness too, win win!

His left testicle is still MIA, so we have take him to a urologist to have an ultrasound done and find where it is. If its just not dropped they can pull it down and tack it. But if it is somewhere in his abdomen they will have to remove it surgically. Hopefully that isn't the case, it has me a bit worried.

And for those who wonder, my incision is healing nicely. The left wound (small one) is now sealed, yay. the right wound is on its way, it healing very slowly. It started with the tunnel 4.5 cm deep and it is now 2 cm, the dr switched us last week to packing it with a different type of gauze and wet packing because it no longer drains a ton. Eddy is doing all the wound care, he is so awesome. I can't wait till it's done though, in the middle of baby care it is sucky to put that hour to hour and a half aside twice a day, though it is nice to chat with Eddy while doing it. He takes photos for me each night so i can see how its coming along.

Here are his one month photos, I was limited because of my incision, so we didn't do a ton of poses or anything, i just stuck him on the table and snapped a few pics. Hopefully I will be more up to fancy photos in January.

And here is Lily loving baby, she smothers him a bit so we have to watch her closely.

And here he is sleeping this morning.

Has has absolutely the best expressions! Glad to hear your incision is on its way and that you and Eddy are bonding over it! LMAO.

Thanks for the update!

Those are precious pics! And try not to worry about the testicle (even if he needs surgery). They kept an eye on Nicholas' and then at 6 mos is when he had the referral to the urologist to consider surgery. He had surgery for that and a hernia at 8 mos and it went just fine.
