I'm overweight and have a floppy belly. Is there any harm to the baby from this? I mean, it's not like my stomach flops around when I walk, but if you are overweight then I think you know what I am talking about.

In a skinny woman, the belly doesn't move since there is no extra skin.

Just wondering if anyone else has thought about this!

I don't think you'd have anything to worry about.. Your uterus isn't overweight, you just have a bit more on your stomach.. ya know?? If anything, if your belly moves a bit, it would probably sway your baby to sleep .. LOL It would make a nice rocking motion in there for them!!

Exactly. Baby is fine and a flopping won't hurt.
