I had a weak bladder as well when I was preggo and unfortunatily it doesnt get better, every time I sneezed coughed or laughed really hard I would leak a bit. If I was walking in a store I would have to stop and cross my legs to sneeze or cough, not fun at all, but my advice is that at the first signs that you have to pee GO, dont hold it in because you dont want to get a bladder infection especially while you are preggo. Good luck .

And do your Kegel exercises!!! Really really realllly... They help strengthen the muscle used to hold back the flow of urine when you pee.. It's reallly good to do those exercises when you're pregnant.. Plus it's supposed to help you keep everything in control for after you have the baby... It's the easiest exercise, cause you can do it anywhere anytime.. hehehe

I feel your pain. I have to pee all the time too. I really stinks at night, when I have to get up 4 or 5 times a night to pee, and I never get a good nights sleep.

It is normal during pregnany to have stress urinary incontinence (stress meaning when sneezing, coughing, laughing).

I also developed urge intcontince (leaking during sleep, when hearing water, etc etc they call both forms "mixed incontince" - very original!)from holding my pee all the time. I can't stand going to the restroom in public and during pregnancy's earliest months I had to go all the time as well (its normal). Because I did that there were alot of times, I had a full bladder and couldn't let it out because I was holding it. Literally if I ididn't ansswer the call within 5 minutes of the urge, I would have to let out droplets every few minutes to empty it.

So anyway please go when you have to go!! It is soooo important.

Also Kegal exercises need to be done 100-200 times a day through out the entire day (not all at once because it just makes the muscle tired).
