I'm 12 weeks right now and all my clothes are TIGHT! Ok, I can get into like two pairs of my pants, but my shirts look horrible on me since my boobies have grown, it's making my shirts ride higher, exposing the gut below!! I have bought some maternity clothes already, but they seem so clingy - and I know if I had a baby belly that wouldn't look so bad, but right now I just look fatter - not like I'm pregnant. I just don't look pregnant enough to wear maternity shirts - and I can't find any maternity pants that fit well, I'm really hating this stage!

Any "wonder" clothes I can buy? Anyone know of any magic pants or shirts that fit great??

You're definitely not alone!! I'm just about 14 weeks and my belly is finally starting to pop out. Only... it's getting bigger above my belly button faster than the bottom bump can grow! So I really just look super chubby when my shirt is down. AND my chest hasn't grown at all. It's so unfair

My regular shirts still fit fine but I've been living in lounge pants as much as I can. I have one pair of maternity jeans from Old Navy with the elastic waist. They say low-rise but the waist still rides up pretty high. Or when I put the waist where I think they should be the crotch of the jeans is sagging too low. argghhhh! As if it weren't frustrating enough to find mat. jeans in a short length for my stubby legs...

I've been using the rubberband trick for weeks now. It works really well on what used to be my slightly baggy pants!

I bought some streachy waist pants that I will still have some room to grow into in the next couple months. I also bought a pair to wait later on in my pregnancy.....Sometime after Easter I will shop for shorts.

Best of luck!

Thanks for all your comments, at least I am not alone. I'm going to hit the mall this weekend - otherwise next week I'll have to go to work naked
