My names Melissa and I've been around just mommies since October when I got my BFP...I just haven't really been aware of this board! I am a beautiful plus sized woman due July 5th with my first baby! Anyways I stumbled across this really cool letter (on behalf of plus size women everywhere) to doctors and caregivers and I thought I would share it with you all....its in my blog.....so take a look...read it..you'll love it.....
thats fabulous.. and it made me realize why I'm feeling so comfortable with my current OB practice.. there has not been any of the negative stuff about me being plus sized. No questioning, no extra "problems" mentioned and never once did they tell me they couldnt hear the heartbeat because I am a bigger woman. That made me smile.

Thats a great letter Melissa, I'm also plus size and im due the day after you, July 6th. I dont feel that my size affects my pregnancy. I am healthy and there is no reason why i can't have a healthy baby! Good luck on your pregnancy! Robyn
