Ever since I had my baby 5 months ago all I have been doing is eating and eating. Then eating fattening foods. I dont want her to be big like me, I need to loose but how to get the motivation?

You have to want to do better. Nobody can do it except you. Just make your mind up and get control. It's so hard, but you can do it!

Jeni is right you absolutely have to want to do, and it is hard to do especially when you are a busy new mom, I put on allot of weight after Caleb was born.
I think making a goal weight and a calorie goal is what helps me best, and then keeping a daily journal of what I eat, I am far less likely to snack all day if I have to right down everything i eat and be accountable to myself, good luck girl I know you can do it, like most moms you have one of the best reasons in the world to be healthy...to set a good example for your daughter and so you will be healthy enough to be around years to come!
