For those who have already had kids...where did you deliver your baby's? At home, in a hospital, at a birthing center? What was your experience like? For those of us currently pregnant...where do you plan on delivering and how did you make your decision?

I plan on delivering in a hospital...one of the best here in Toronto.....I'm not sure how I made the decision but I think I just felt safer for some reason.

I delievered at a very good hospital here in Illinois. I am happy with that decision. I was well taken care of. I mainly chose it because my mom works there so she knows it is a good hospital.

I am delivering in a hospital that has birthing suites. I will labor, deliver and everything in the same room I believe. I will know more after my tour.

We have two hospitals in the area, this one has a level 3 NICU, and the other is a leve 5 NICU I think. The distance between the two is about 15 minutes depending on traffic, so if something goes wrong they can transfer me and/or the baby very quickly. And my doctor delivers at both hospitals!

I'll be delivering in a hospital. Mainly because it's the only place fully covered by Tricare! I don't know much about it yet except they have a level II NICU (I think!). We get our tour at a prenatal class next week!

I'm delivering at one of the best hospitals in our area. They have a lot of experience with twins, and all of my specialists are on staff there, so I think I'm in good hands.
