Just curious to see what all the pregnant mommies are doing to maintain some form of exercise...my exercise capabilities have been side lined quite a bit due to SPD which no longer allows me to swim..so I'm pretty much just trying to do some walking.....

What are all you ladies doing?

A little bit of walking - I need to do it in moderation because if I walk too fast or too long then I start getting pains in my belly (very well could be BH).

I'm still chugging along with my stupid Denise Austin pregnancy aerobics video, lol! Only now I tune out her perky comments with some of my own music

Now that the weather is getting nicer I definitely want to get out and walk more. Fresh air is so nice!!

I've been seeing my trainer twice a week for 30 mins cardio and 30 mins weights. Now that its drying up outside, I'm trying to take the dog for a 20 min walk each day-I've done it once so far!
